What is your shipping Policy?

• Physical products like prints and cell phone cases are print-on-demand products and are printed each time you order.

• Because of that, they take a bit longer to print and process for shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted.

• After printing, products are shipped through standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for shipping unless otherwise noted.

• Shipping and handling fees are included in product pricing. No additional shipping fees will be charged at checkout.
  

How do I access my digital, downloadable purchases?

• Downloadable products like worksheets, coloring pages, and other creative resources can be accessed through a link sent to your email address that expires 24 hours after your purchase. If your link expires, click on it anyway and you will be e-mailed a new link.

• Still struggling? Contact us and we will send you another link manually.

• Depending on the file size, your download may be compressed in a ZIP file. To access your files, click on the .zip file (you may have to right click) and extract the files or folders. Once extracted from the .zip file they will be useable.
  

Do you take returns?

• We are committed to your satisfaction, but we can not take returns on our products due to the nature of their form — digital downloads and print-on-demand products.

• Please DO contact us if your physical product has a manufacturing error, in that case we will likely be able to issue a return.

• We can not accept returns for selecting the wrong variation or size of the product so please do be mindful while purchasing.

• Digital downloads can not be returned once they have been purchased, so we can not issue a return or refund.
